♦ Mon 9 Jan. 10-11am at St. John Hall, Rax Lane,Bridport: Gentle Exercise for Older People.
♦ Weds 11 Jan at Loders Village Hall:2-3pm: Zumba for the over 50’s.followed by
3.15-4.15pm Pilates for the over 50’s.
♦ Thurs 12 Jan: 12-1pm at St. John Hall, Rax Lane,Bridport Healthy Heart Classes:
BACPR classes for all levels of fitness.
Chancery House in Bridporthave arranged some exercise classes with you in
mind. Costing £3 per person for each of the 12
sessions, they will help you to gain and maintain better
health - so please come along and try one out !
